I had a great experience with my first wig install! I texted a photo of what I wanted and the owner made sure to have a wig that matched exactly to what I wanted reserved for me for my appointment. I mentioned it was my first wig experience and she made sure to explain the process and answer any questions. My wig never budged and looked great the whole night! Would love to come again....more

Trendy’s has been my go to hair salon for over 4yrs now. Beatrice does an amazing job with braids and wig installs. I even purchased my first wig from them which I believe the lovely Precious had made.

Lovely customer service when visiting. The inventory is a bit limited but for what they primarily offer you can find what you need. They also offer services such as wash, braiding, wig application, etc. and soooo many wig , braiding hair, and crochet options. Price was, I think it’s fair as they are a small local business in the heart of SF.

The lady behind the counter was very helpful and took the time to explain things in detail for me.I had a lot of questions and she was patient and accommodating.I ended up buying one wig and a ponytail hairpiece.I was told I could return the ponytail If it didn't work for me but when I looked at the recieot before I ventured back to return it three days later I noticed it said ALL SALES ARE FINAL..so I am left unsure.. I plan to call tomorrow to ask ..I will update when I know for sure if It is returnable..I hope so then I can give the place 5 stars.....more

I called very last minute. She rescheduled her time to accommodate me & I was there in 1hr.
I had never installed a lace front wig and wasn’t sure what to expect. I brought my own wig. She told me what to expect & explained each step and up to maintain my hair. Most importantly she was very reasonably priced. I would go back. I bought the additional items and she even threw in a comb. Thank you for the generosity....more

Can’t recommend this unique; beyond accommodating, honest, knowledgeable, judgement free business enough! The incredible humans that have patiently helped me 2 or 3 times now when everything else was closed, and mind you I got there as they were about to close and they were so polite! Helped me with what I needed, recommended quality hair that would have cost me double what I have paid in the past at basically every other beauty supply store in the Bay Area. They even install wigs and extensions! Huge selection…phenomenal business that you can tell have repeat customers for life, I know because everytime I’m there they are doing stunning work on their clients that they treat like family. I’m proud to say this is me now to! They are the best!!!!!! Thank you for accommodating me with no judgement and I’m in love with the wigs you helped me pick out the other day!! Beatrice is literally the best. I’ve been going to her forever, l miss being in San Francisco because she does her best to accommodate you even if you don't have an appointment. Amazing how time goes by quickly, l started going to her salon when her daughter, Precious was a child. It’s amazing to see how grown she is and has an interest in the beauty industry. The only issue for me is that l like color #27 mixed with #613. It is extremely difficult to purchase this combination anywhere in HD, Swiss lace, whole lace, transparent human hair. Nevertheless, in my opinion, Trendy is one of the best salons in the city. Beatrice and Precious are absolutely amazing. Good pricing, great environment and location. If i could give the more than 5 stars I would!...more

I've been going to Beatrice at Trendys for the longest time over 10 years and she never disappoints. She loves playing with hair color, styles hair very well and will put anyting together according to your vision. She's very creative and is not afraid to go outside the box in a great way. This time I saw a hairstyle that I caught on TV and took a picture and she's made that hairstyle come to life in my own hair. She did it again thank you Beatrice.. in my photos I will post a picture of the screenshot off of TV and then I will also post my own here and all I need is makeup LOL but she did a bomb job on my hair. Daughter is very helpful there's beautiful & colorful wigs they can make your on style, and you could even drop of your wig and they will wash it and bring it back to life. I definitely suggest that place 👍👍 3 wigs already....more
